1. Download a template file (Zip / Rar) and unzip.
2. Log in to your Blogger Account.
3. Go to "Design" under "Dashboard".
4. Click "Edit HTML" under "Layout". 
5. Don't forget for backup your old template. if you want keep the old template of yours
6. Find and Upload the new Blogger template from your computer.
7. If a warning: Your new template does not include the following widgets, click "KEEP WIDGETS". if you dont need your widget , you can chose other one
